Current Opportunities
There is an opening for a Chartered Valuations Surveyor. Ideally with two years experience and looking to become a Partner.
The Role
With an established portfolio the successful candidate would expect to become involved in valuations and disposals, rent reviews and development analysis, together with some management issues.
Key Qualifications
- Contacts in the commercial property world
- Enthusiasm to build up the firm and develop the practices further
- Ideally Registered Valuations Surveyor
- Willing to support training development of colleagues
- Interest in the academic sphere encouraged
Remuneration
A competitive salary and very attractive package with major profit sharing will be offered to the successful candidate. Full details will be given at interview.
